Class Description
This class combines the flowing, mindful elements of Yoga with the targeted strengthening of Pilates. You can expect a clearly structured practice where conscious movement and precise execution take center stage. Through the combination of flow and core work, you will strengthen your muscles while developing a deeper awareness of your body. The movements are controlled and intentional, without losing a sense of ease. In this way, a balanced practice emerges that supports stability, presence and inner balance.
