Kids Yoga 3-Class Series

Class Description

This class is designed for children aged 2–5, together with one or both parents. You and your child will explore child-friendly movements through creative and playful activities. There will be opportunities to laugh and move together, relax and find stillness. It's a joyful way to spend time with your child and cultivate positive, healthy habits. We invite you to join our 3-class series, designed to help families build a routine and connect with the community. Drop-ins are welcome, though advance online registration is required.
