Family Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your little one in a joyful and playful setting. Together, you’ll enjoy movement, laughter, relaxation and moments of stillness, while discovering yoga in a lighthearted way. For children aged 2–6, accompanied by one or both parents. Limited spots!

About the event
Please contact us if your family needs more than one mat (for example, if you have two or more children). We’re happy to reserve an additional mat for you for an extra CHF 10 each, which you can pay directly at the studio.
