About the event
Margherita will lead you through one hour of gentle Yoga practice (EN), warming up, creating energy, grounding the body and slowly transitioning to stillness. Michael will guide you into calm and meditation with one hour Sound Bath (DE/EN) experience, followed by warm tea and a delicious snack.
