Kids Yoga 3-class Series

These series are designed for children aged 2–5, together with one or both caregivers. You will explore child-friendly movements through creative and playful activities. There will be opportunities to laugh and move together, relax and find stillness to cultivate positive, healthy habits.

About the event
We invite you to join our 3-class series designed to help families build a routine and connect with the community. Each class includes colouring, stories, movement, mindful or craft activities, and healthy snacks at the end.
If you cannot join all three classes, you can reschedule any missed ones for the next series. Drop-ins are welcome, but families with 3-class packs will be prioritised due to limited space. Please contact us via email if you have any questions.
