Class Description

A gentle Sunday morning Vinyasa flow to bring joy, energy and calm to your weekend. In case of rain, the class will take place indoors. Please bring some warm clothing for the cool-down phase and Savasana. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one; otherwise, we will provide mats and all necessary props.
